Colleen, a former management consultant at KPMG and private wealth manager at Goldman Sachs, brings a wealth of business expertise to the realm of experiential marketing.

In 2010, she founded EX•R Consulting to pursue her creative passions and offer comprehensive marketing and communication services. Today, EX•R stands as the agency of record for renowned global brands, having executed over 1000 campaigns and events across 15 countries. Colleen's pioneering vision led to expansion to Greater Asia, with a headquarters in Hong Kong and a branch office in Korea. She further solidified EX-R's position by forming a strategic alliance with Live Nation Asia, launching Live Nation Connects for music-based brand experiential solutions.

In 2020, Colleen extended her expertise into the edutainment space with the launch of Yum Me Play, an experiential learning platform. Outside of her professional pursuits, she actively engages in charity work, serving on the board of Make A Wish Hong Kong and as a co-chair of the Guild at HK Ballet.
